Hello!
I have over twenty-five years of professional experience across several industries. Such know-how has enabled me to contribute positively as a supervisor, trainer, and speaker. With all that, a few years ago, I found myself asking the question, ‘What’s Next?’
On November 5, 2016, I set out on a new adventure. I moved my vision map from a dream to reality. I resigned from my executive position to travel all around the world, connect with family and friends, volunteer in my community, and hit the re-set button. After an amazing year, I found my next career opportunity in O H I O and launched my business to help others create the life they desire.

When I started talking with Tina, I was struggling with how to move my career to the next level. Dr. Diggs was able to coach and mentor me on a regular basis, which helped me create a clear vision of where my next step in my professional life would go. Dr. T. has an innate ability to cultivate talent in young professionals and I am happy to have had her as a mentor in my life.
As a result of talking with Dr. Diggs, I have been able to move from instructor, to academic advisor, to manager, and now campus leader. I am proud to say, that because of her, I am now the dean/director of a thriving school – a College Campus in which she helped build and create. I owe most of my movement in academics to her closely watching my own progression; During my time in academics, I have closely tried to mirror and emulate her professionalism and grace as Director at the College I currently work. Dr. Diggs took the time to work with me, mentor me, and genuinely care about my success-which is the true mark of a coach and leader. Her abilities are paramount and anyone who has a chance to learn from her, should consider themselves truly blessed. I am so grateful for her continued belief in my career and overall well-being, and I believe that I would not be where I am today in my professional life, without her guidance.
